The Timewise Foundation is a Community Interest Company which achieves practical outcomes for people seeking flexible work, by running three core businesses: Timewise Jobs, Timewise and Women Like Us. We also run the national campaign Hire Me My Way, which aims to create a bigger and better jobs market for quality part-time and flexible roles. And we relentlessly promote the societal benefits of flexible hiring through research, public affairs, and media.

Across our services over the last 10 years, more than 80,000 people, predominantly mothers, have registered with us for advice or to find part-time jobs. More than 15,000 have directly accessed our careers advice and employability programmes, and we have helped over 5,300 into quality part-time work they can fit with family life.

We have also worked with over 4,000 businesses including SMEs, charities, high growth companies and leading employers such as EY, Virgin Money, Dixons Carphone, Diageo, and Lloyds Banking Group.

Our campaign to create a fairer jobs market for people who need to work part-time or flexibly. Employers who join Hire Me My My commit to opening up more of their jobs to part-time and flexible working arrangements, from the point of hire. The campaign’s goal is for 1 million quality part-time and flexible jobs to be advertised annually in the UK (three times the current level). People who want to work flexibly are also asked to sign-up to the Hire Me My Way campaign, to help drive interest from more employers.
